About the client
The Crowne Plaza Newcastle wanted to increase the enquiries for their spa packages.
They had not been running any Google Ads before but were interested to test and see if it could become a profitable channel.
Digital Allies Partnered with the client in early 2019 to drive more sales and enquiries for the hotels spa facilities.
What we did
The clients website is very popular which allowed us to instantly created tailored remarketing campaigns from users that had visited the spa page but had not.
The account was using enhanced CPC which allows Google more control of bidding. We changed this to manual and used the data within the account to set bid adjustments and bids based on time of day, devices, gender, user location.
We created specific ad copy for courses with strong call to actions.
