Some of the Digital Allies team headed to The Riverside Stadium this week, home of Middlesbrough football club to the Teesside Business Show.
We were one of fifty exhibitors to showcase our business and skills to more than 500 people throughout the course of the day.
Our day started at the crack of dawn, as we headed down to ‘the Boro’ to set up our shiny new stand. By the time the event officially opened its doors to spectators at 10 am, our Business Development Director Adam was ready and raring to go.
Fresh Start Events kicked off the day in their usual manner, cramming the show with plenty of opportunities for local businesses to connect, develop and most importantly learn about each other!
Given this was the first exhibition we have attended, we were extremely excited to meet plenty of new faces and network with some of our North-East neighbours.
There were two main rooms to the exhibition; we were in the first – in a prime spot if we do say so ourselves. The atmosphere was buzzing with a mix of distinguished entrepreneurs and emerging business talent.
A number of industry experts held seminars on key business topics, including Claire Cruzon from Brighter Directions, providing inspiration and actionable advice on marketing strategy and communications.
Alice, the newest ally to our team, said:
“I thought the Teesside Business Show was an excellent chance for the team to meet like-minded businesses, and talk to them about our aim to make digital marketing more transparent and accessible to everyone. We had some fantastic discussions and even walked away with a few new friends!”
Stay tuned as we will be exhibiting at the North-East Expo on the 5th April; make sure you say hello if you are attending!
