LF Direct Digital Allies were engaged by LF Direct a specialist on line retailer of Laminate Flooring to rebuild their website. The site was built on an EKM e commerce platform that was felt to be underperforming with low sales from organic search results. Action We decided to build the new site on the Magento 2 platform which is fast becoming a leader in ecommerce platforms. We also took the opportunity to redesign the site layout, product categories and user journey based on data from the existing site. Results Looking at Year on year data we have the following positive results to report; Conversions from organic search results – up by 259% • Conversions overall (all site traffic) – up by 60% • Sales revenue – up by 69% • Organic revenue – up by 131%
