Independent, Further and Higher Education are highly competitive sectors. These organisations need to drive awareness for their brands and product offerings globally and digital provides the most cost-effective and accountable tools to achieve this. Education organisations have a multitude of stakeholders often with differing needs, segmentation and channel management can also be easier when executed using digital tools.

Digital Allies have extensive experience of assisting educational organisations to first understand where they fit into the education landscape online and secondly how they can use their online presence to grow awareness and generate new customer for their brand or organisation.

I approached Digital Allies to help Sedbergh School take a fresh look at the digital marketing strategy. Ours is an interesting product, we have a complex multi-contact sales process with the majority of leads developing through positive word of mouth.

We wanted to accelerate the word of mouth process and an obvious place to start was to improve our online presence. My team structure meant that we had the capacity in-house to manage our online campaigns we just needed the expertise to get us going.

Digital Allies provided that expertise and helped us to develop a number of highly effective PPC and remarketing campaigns that have led to a 30% increase in qualified traffic to our site.

Within independent education, the sales process is drawn out and it may be years from the engagement that we actually complete the transaction, this meant that it was important to us to minimise our exposure to risk in terms of costs and be totally in control of our online strategy.

Steven and his team have provided us with excellent support as and when we need it and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Digital Marketing Manager, Sedbergh School

We are delighted with the collaborative approach to working Digital Allies have offered the college. Adam and the team are quick to respond to requests, giving effective advice on in a manner that is easy to understand. There is no jargon, just concise, honest advice.

The campaigns that we have been running have shown to be well worth the investment and I do feel like a partner rather than a customer paying money to just another digital agency.

Digital Allies has worked with St Bees School since October 2017 when I first approached them to design and implement a new website. Following its successful launch, they were then subsequently engaged to design, implement and manage the school’s digital marketing strategy. At every step of the way, the Digital Allies team has listened carefully to ensure a full understanding of our needs, kept me informed of progress and offered their advice and suggestions for adjusting the digital campaign, all whilst ensuring the biggest ‘bang for our buck’. All members of their team have been unfailingly helpful, proactive, polite, patient and quick to respond to enquiries. Importantly, they have also ensured that the process is kept as simple as possible.
