Digital Marketing Training Lead

We require an experienced digital marketing trainer to assist Digital Allies with the next phase of its growth. The incumbent will take full responsibility for digital marketing training, being responsible for both course creation and delivery. This role builds on the existing digital marketing training service offering Digital Allies has developed over the past five years.

With a full calendar of courses to deliver, this will be a challenging and demanding role and requires the candidate to be expert in all the fundamental areas of digital marketing and be able to hit the ground running.

The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, confidence in your delivery skills as well as an ability to generate you own leads.

With this role comes the opportunity to influence the future direction of the training service offering.

Key tasks include;

Planning, delivering and assessing on all Digital Marketing Programmes

Planning and designing specific industry standard learning programmes in Digital Marketing technical competencies, behaviours and relationships

Delivery of Training and Learning in a workshop/classroom setting

Assessing the Outcome of Learning and Learner’s Achievements

Monitor, evaluate and improve the quality and effectiveness of own practise, and help to raise the standards of teaching and learning in the company

Deliver excellent customer care – deal confidently with staff, students and other external customers demonstrating respect and dignity at all times to deliver high levels of satisfaction and customer service.

Desired experience

Relevant industrial/commercial experience in Digital Marketing

Experience of coaching and assessing in Digital Marketing Subjects

A recognised teaching qualification or Award in Education and Training (AET)

Experience of planning and delivering training flexibly in the workplace

Ability to meet targets of timely success within work based delivery models.

Own Transport and be flexible to business travel
